This prefeeder is an excellent choice for a simple to operate machine and an economical budget. This machine is particularly suitable where good accessibility to the stack of sheets by the operator is necessary.
Models are available for use with rotary die cutters, platen diecutters, and flexo folder gluers.
The machine comes equipped with controls so that it can operate entirely automatically. Only the removal of the last sheet under the stack has to be done manually. The prefeeder does not require any adjustments for the size of the sheets, and it is particularly suitable for short runs.
Prefeeders for rotary diecutters are assembled on driven wheels for retracting away from the diecutter in the machine direction. Prefeeders for platen diecutters are manufactured for fix position operation.
The prefeeder feeds the production machine in batches. A special device creates an exact number of sheets in each batch to avoid jams caused by partially included sheets.
The belt deck can house multiple simultaneously to increase prefeeder speed. This occurs on small sheets up to a maximum board width in the machine direction. If the sheet is large, then the machine operation changes automatically to a single batch on the belt deck. The belt deck also contains the rear edge jogger of the diecutter hopper. The belt deck is adjustable in height.
The machine is available in different sizes according to the kind of production line to be fed.
